Notwithstanding that groundwater is invisible, we can see and feel its impact in all areas across the globe. Most of the water we use for drinking, sanitation, food production, industrial processes, and sustenance of a healthy functioning ecosystem are supplied by groundwater.
As we battle climate change, we must be consistently conscious of the need to protect and manage this precious resource in a sustainable way.
Groundwater must never be out of our mind even if it looks like it is out of our sight.
