Founded in 2021, Fructify Health Actions Initiative (FHAI) is a registered non-governmental organization committed to promoting the health and welfare of children, the young, women, the vulnerable and marginalized populations in Nigeria and Africa. To achieve this mission, we work through the critical nexus of Capacity Building, Research, Education, Advocacy, Technology and Evaluation [C.R.E.A.T.E]. Solution-minded, FHAI was established to catalyse a transforming environment of sustainable growth and health for all.

OUR CREATE APPROACH

Our work is based on the C•R•E•A•T•E action plan which is an acronym for Capacity Building, Research, Education, Advocacy, Technology and Evaluation.

  • CAPACITY BUILDING

We develop the capacities of women, the young and institutions in Nigeria to enable them transform their communities and improve their efficiency.

  • RESEARCH

Our programs are based on the creation of new knowledge, synthesis of field and expert evidence, and analysis and execution of findings to yield creative outcomes of impact. Human-centric, we also place premium on ethics and the prevailing needs of our beneficiaries in delivering intervention.

  • EDUCATION

We promote the education of our beneficiaries by providing them with preventive knowledge to lead healthy and productive lives. We are committed to this because we believe that quality education is the foundation of good health and well-being.

  • ADVOCACY

We use our expertise to draw support of decision makers and our beneficiaries in tackling unmet, and emerging health and social needs for informed policy decision and action.

  • TECHNOLOGY

We believe that technology is key to building a resilient future. We focus on using information and communication technology to drive innovative health solutions and health support services. We are also committed to impacting our beneficiaries with digital skills needed to achieve an independent and sustainable future.

  • EVALUATION

As a health development organization committed to learning, accountability and improvement of service delivery, we believe that we must imbibe and impact a strong culture of evaluation. We focus on using evaluation to reinforce organizational learning in order to inform policy for decision-makers and support individual learning.
